The restaurant that ranks among the best in the harbor city, places high demands on any product, which will be featured on the menu. Quick and easy implementation, grand in composition - these are the key criteria that must be met for the signature drink creations at the bar of Bullerei. In a lively exchange with the Bar-chief of Bullerei, Simon Blume, and with the feedback of his employees, the choice of recipes for the drink menu fell to the Borgmann Mule and the Borgmann Cup. Two classics à la Borgmann that may accompany both, vegetarian and meat-heavy dishes, thanks to well balanced spicy-fresh components.
